There was a time that I didn't recognise myself.

Not because of how I looked, but because of how I felt.


I was exhausted. Emotionally flatlined. Barely able to keep up with going through the motions of life, trying to train, eat well, run a business, trying to hold it all together, but deep down, I felt disconnected. My confidence had taken a hit, I was running on empty and stabbing in the dark with how to make myself feel better. My energy was erratic, nervous system fried.


I was on a sure path to burnout.


I didn't need more motivation.

I didn't need another 8 week shred.

I needed something that felt like it listened to me- something flexible, empowering and sustainable.

I wanted to build self- trust.

To feel proud of how I moved in the world.

To look in the mirror and believed myself when I said "I've got this"

But all the fitness industry had for me was, “Push harder.”



What Strength Really Means

Somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing perfection.I started asking better questions:

  • What if fitness could be something that gives back to me instead of drains me?

  • What if training wasn’t about punishing myself, but about rebuilding trust with my body?

  • What if being strong wasn’t just about lifting heavy — but about feeling stable, centred, and confident?

This shift changed everything.
