Hi, I'm Natalie- and I am so glad that you are here.
I am a fitness coach, a mental health advocate and a kiwi who moved across the world (twice) chasing something more aligned- more grounded. This blog has lived in my head for some time now, making noise. I have waited and waited to feel ready to sit down and start it....but the truth is I'm learning to start before I feel ready.

So what is Fit to Travel?
Its a space for the in-between moments.
For those that are at a crossroads.
For those that feel lost after a big life change.
For those re-building.
For anyone trying to stay strong mentally AND physically while navigating chaos, burnout, growth or grief.
Its about the journey- not the destination.

Fitness tips for real- life training from a qualified and experienced fitness instructor BUT in the most relatable way (i've lost count of the comebacks and resets I have had myself)

Why I started this blog now?
Because I needed a space that was more than reps and macros.
Because I have been through the kind of experiences that make you question everything- and I know that I'm not alone here.
Because starting over- again and again- isnt failure. Its strength.
